Students who are presently pursuing their Graduation from any MHRD/UGC/AICTE approved University

EVENT THEME: FLAMES

“FLAMES” is an acronym for the below mentioned elements.

F: Fashion-Food
L: Literature-Lifestyle
A: Art & Culture
M: Music-Media-Mythology
E: Entertainment
S: Science-Sports

The Quiz shall encompass questions from all the above mentioned domains.

EVENT FORMAT

  • The Quiz shall be conducted as a multiple phased event
  • The first phase shall be the Online Elimination Round
  • The Top 12-16 Teams shall qualify for the second phase-Semi Finals
  • The Top 6-8 Teams shall qualify for the third and last phase-Finals
  • Each Team shall comprise 3 Members
  • An Institution can send unlimited number of Teams
  • Mixed teams are also allowed

THE DETAILS OF EACH PHASE IS MENTIONED HEREUNDER:-

PHASE ONE: ONLINE ELIMINATION ROUND

  • The Elimination Round shall be conducted virtually in the form of a Google Document.
  • The Questions shall be asked in the FITB (Fill in the Blank) Format.
  • The Elimination Round shall comprise 35 Questions to be answered in Twenty Minutes.
  • All members of a Team shall take the Quiz individually and the scores of all the three members will be added to arrive at the Team score.
  • The mix of the questions shall be normal as well as visual.
  • The Top 12-16 Teams shall qualify for Phase Two.

PHASE TWO: SEMI FINALS

  • The Top 12-16 Teams shall qualify for the Semi-Finals.
  • The Semi Finals shall comprise a mix of normal-audio-visual questions.
  • The Semi Finals shall be a Team event.

PHASE THREE: FINALS

  • The Top 6-8 Teams shall qualify for the Finals.
  • The Finals shall comprise a mix of normal-audio-visual questions.
  • The Finals shall be a Team event.

NOTE

  • A Day prior to the Online Elimination Round the Institute’s Teacher In charge and one member from each team shall be invited to attend a short briefing session for the Quiz so that the participants are familiar with the process for the Online Elimination Round.
  • Contingent to the relaxation of COVID-19 related norms, the Semi-Finals and Finals shall be held in the Physical Mode and in the event Semi-Finals and Finals can’t be held in the Physical Mode the same shall be held virtually on the Zoom Platform.
  • The Results of the Online Elimination Round shall be announced within 7-10 Days
  • The Date-Time-Venue/Platform for the Semi Finals and Finals shall be intimated along with the results of the Online Elimination Round.
  • All Participants shall be awarded with a Certificate
  • The Semi-Finalists and the Finalists shall be awarded with Certificate of special mention as well as Gift vouchers/Prizes
