DPS Society

The DPS Society is a non-profit, non-proprietary, private educational organization. This Global Network of over 200 English medium, co-educational, secular schools provides education from Pre-Nursery/Nursery to Class XII. The DPS Family – with its transcontinental identity, is not merely a list of institutions, persons or facts; it is a network of values, systems and relationships.

Director's Message

With great pleasure, we introduce an educational initiative of the DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL, SECTOR 102-A, DWARKA EXPRESSWAY, GURUGRAM, an English medium, co-educational day school from Grade Pre-Nursery to Grade XII.

While planning D.P.S, Sector 102-A, on many occasions we were confronted with the question of “Why another school in Gurugram?”. With the changing social milieu, we felt the need to raise standards by promoting a school which is underpinned by core values that support the holistic development of the child as a reflective learner. A school which believes that children have a natural inclination for learning, all they need is a happy environment and a loving guide. Inspired by the ideals and ideas of integrated education, D.P.S Sector 102-A aims at making learning natural, experiential and joyful. We have taken steps to plan the curriculum, infrastructural spaces and a faculty that works collectively towards meeting our mission statement.

Dear Parent,

A school’s purpose is to provide a happy environment where all learners grow to their fullest. Holistic education is the need of an hour rather than creating book worms. Identifying and nurturing unique potential of each learner and accepting that making the students score high grades in academics is not the sole role of a teacher alone. This philosophy makes DPS Dwarka Expressway stand apart as a school that equips its learners with the right way of life.

Delhi Public School, Dwarka Expressway follows a child centric curriculum which attempts to recognize and encourage individual talents of all kinds of students at each stage of their development in the school.

Our educators impart academics as well as moral and ethical values. The children here learn to be respectful, disciplined, righteous and kind – “the qualities are not taught, they are being lived here.”

We have seen in the history of the world how lack of tolerance led to conflict resulting in human suffering. Our children must learn to be tolerant. They must accept and respect differences in terms of race, caste, religion, ideologies and must learn how to agree to disagree. We at Dwarka Expressway strive to nourish our future generation with deeply embedded roots of tolerance and broader horizon of interpretation so that the world gets a generation of citizens who would make it a better place to live.
