Converting threats into opportunities is a time tested Management Mantra. The year 2021 tested us all to the hilt. Many businesses floundered, but others prove that when the 'going gets tough' they 'get going' At City Innovates, we too adapted quickly to the changing environment. Remote working for a Creative agency is not easy, as the process needs multiple and constant interactions. Yet in about two to three weeks we had generated all process and systems which worked well, to the extent that we carried the systems back when we resumed Work from Office. We took the opportunity of intermittent lulls by brain - storming about growth of City Innovates. The result is soon-to-launch of a new business in partnership, of an Online Portal, 'Sweets N Petals' delivering Flowers, cakes and more. On the CSR front, we successfully created and operated a Social Support online platform, which instantly brought in dozens of medical requests and were addressed as far as possible. We plan to make it on going and more broad based for medical emergencies, even post COVID. Our Founder and Managing Director took the opportunity of time some on hands, to review and reassess life goals, through a life coaching course, which has continued to pay back in Management decision making. Despite the odds, we managed to add a number of esteemed clients despite the testing times. We have endeavored to deliver our services in the only way we know with integrity, sincerity, and passion to improve.
